When I founded iTeamBuilder, my goal was to bring technological expertise and human collaboration closer together. My background as a programmer-economist and decades of entrepreneurial experience provide the foundation for this mission. As the leader of my own software development company, communication—with clients, colleagues, and partners—was an essential part of my daily work.

This experience gives me a deep understanding of the challenges IT companies and their teams face. Today, as a business communication expert, trainer, and coach, I help leaders, teams, and organizations build more effective collaboration, clearer communication, and stronger company culture.
